- Personal Information: Full name, date of birth, gender, city/country of birth, marital status.
- Passport Information: Your passport number (It is not applicable for DV 2026).

3. Complete the Electronic Entry Form (E-DV)
- Access the entry form at dvprogram.state.gov between October 2, 2024, and November 5, 2024.
- Fill out all sections carefully, ensuring all family members are listed, even if they do not plan to immigrate.

4. Upload Your Digital Photograph
Follow the strict
guidelines for photo submissions:
- JPEG format, with no glasses, plain background, and neutral facial expression.
- Make sure photos meet size and quality standards.
5. Submit the Entry
Submit the form electronically
on the dvprogram.state.gov website.
- Important:
You can only submit one entry per person. Submitting multiple entries will
disqualify you.
6. Retain Your Confirmation Number
After submitting, you will
receive a unique confirmation number. This number is crucial for tracking the
status of your entry, so keep it safe.
7. Check Entry Status
Starting May 3, 2025, you
can check your selection status using your confirmation number on the official
dvprogram.state.gov site. No notification will be sent
by email or mail.
