The registration is open from
October 2, 2024, 12:00 PM ET to November 5, 2024, 12:00 PM ET. Make sure to
submit your application during this window.
Application Submission
Complete the Electronic
Diversity Visa Entry Form (DS-5501) online at the official DV Lottery website:
dvprogram.state.gov.
You must upload a
digital photo that meets the specific requirements outlined in the instructions.
Confirmation Number
After submitting your
application, you will receive a confirmation number. Keep this number safe as
it is essential for checking your status later.
Selection Process
Results will be announced
in May 2025. You can check your status using the confirmation number on the
same website. If selected, you can begin the visa application process on October 1, 2025.

Single Entry Rule: You
are allowed only one entry per person. Submitting multiple entries will result
in disqualification.
No Fees: It is free to
