Inauguration Day, President-elect Donald Trump’s team has unveiled a packed
schedule for the historic occasion. From MAGA rallies to fireworks and elegant
inaugural balls, the four-day celebration promises to be a spectacle befitting
Trump’s dramatic return to the White House.
“This inauguration is about uniting the country through the strength,
security, and opportunity of the America First agenda,” said inaugural
committee co-chairs Steve Witkoff and Kelly Loeffler in a statement. The
festivities, they added, will honor the American people’s decisive vote to
"Make America Great Again."
Here’s what the week of January 18 has in store:

lively celebration. The day will close with a candlelight dinner, combining
patriotism with elegance.
Monday, January 20 – Inauguration Day
Inauguration Day begins with a
service at St. John’s Church, followed by tea at the White House. At noon,
Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance will be sworn in, marking the
official farewell to President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
The traditional signing of
nominations in the President’s Room near the Senate chamber will follow,
accompanied by a luncheon hosted by the Joint Congressional Committee on
Inaugural Ceremonies.
In the afternoon, Trump will lead
the presidential parade, which will wind its way from the Capitol down
Pennsylvania Avenue to the White House. A troop review and an Oval Office
signing ceremony will cap the official proceedings.
As the night unfolds, the
spotlight will turn to three dazzling inaugural balls: the "Commander in Chief Ball," the
"Liberty Inaugural Ball," and the "Starlight Ball." Trump
is expected to address attendees at each event, ensuring the celebrations resonate
with his trademark flair.
